Where / how will this conference be hosted?

POW 2026 is 100% virtual conference hosted through the Whova virtual conference platform. All sessions with be viewable through live video streams, as well as recordings available 7 days after the conference ends. You will have additional opportunities to interact (conference discussion topics, messages boards, networking channels, etc.

Who should attend POW?

POW is designed for mental health practice owners (solo and group) and agency leaders, as well as their teams (billing specialists, office managers, compliance officers, marketing staff, etc). Graduate students planning to enter private practice or hoping to move up quickly in agency leadership will also benefit tremendously.

Do I need to attend all three days?

While we encourage full attendance to maximize value, all sessions are recorded. You can watch what you miss on-demand after the conference, with no expiration to your access.

Will I receive continuing education credits?

Yes, many of the workshops include NBCC CE hours (ACEP #7233). Your CE total will vary depending on the number of qualifying sessions you attend.

Can I upgrade my ticket later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade from Graduate Student to Solo Practitioner, or from Solo to Team at any time before the conference. Just contact our support team.

What's the refund policy?

We offer full refunds up to 30 days before the conference. Between 30-14 days, we offer 50% refunds. Within 14 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

How does the Team Pass work?

The Team Pass allows up to 10 people from your practice to attend. After registration, you'll receive a unique team link to share with your colleagues. They can register individually using your team code.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes! We'll have dedicated networking sessions, breakout rooms by track specialty, and a conference community platform where you can connect with other attendees before, during, and after the event.
